Creating a brand, writing a story
A comprehensive redesign of the visual and verbal identity of a family-owned company specialising in dairy products and artisan desserts.
Goshua is a family-owned company specialising in dairy products and artisan desserts. We redesigned its visual and verbal identity, creating a cohesive brand system that extended across packaging, commercial photography, editorial publications, and digital channels. The project also included the production of a documentary and a book exploring the brand's history, both conceived to preserve and pass on the legacy of generations of the same family.
Branding
The project began with the redefinition of Goshua's brand identity, creating a new logo and a visual system that reinforced its position in the gourmet food market. Developed in close collaboration with the company's marketing team, the new identity established a cohesive visual language that was applied across packaging, editorial publications, commercial photography, and digital channels.
Redesigning for a New Generation
The packaging redesign became a key part of Goshua's brand evolution. Integrated into a broader communication strategy, the new visual system reinforced the company's artisan heritage and authenticity while introducing the brand to a new generation of consumers.
Each package was conceived as an extension of the brand's identity, communicating quality, tradition, and a contemporary spirit from the very first interaction.
A Brand That Lives Online Too
Goshua's transformation extended into the digital space with the development of a new website designed to be far more than a product catalogue.
Alongside its product range, the platform brought together recipes, editorial content, and an online magazine covering gastronomy, dairy products, desserts, and the culture of Navarre, creating a destination that informed, inspired, and strengthened the relationship between the brand and its community.
The Dessert Society: When a Brand Builds a Community
The digital experience continued with The Dessert Society, a platform connected to Goshua.com that transformed this conversation into a participatory experience. Through exclusive workshops led by renowned pastry chefs, small groups of participants shared experiences, discovered new ways to enjoy desserts, and helped introduce the initiative to new audiences.
Conceived as a celebration of dessert as a moment of connection, the project continued to grow and strengthen the brand's community.
History of a Flavour: Tracing the Roots of a Brand
Tracing the Origins
Every brand has a story, but not every brand knows how to tell it. For Goshua, we developed an editorial and audiovisual project that traced the company's origins through the people, places, and traditions that shaped its identity.
The journey began with its most iconic product—curd—to explore the connection between the land, collective memory, and a culinary heritage passed down from generation to generation.
The result of this research was History of a Flavour, a book conceived to document the brand's legacy through a contemporary lens. Personal testimonies, traditional recipes, landscapes, and original photography came together to create a narrative that went beyond the company's history, becoming a tribute to the gastronomic culture of Navarre and to the people who have kept it alive through the generations.
Memory in Motion
Filmed in different locations across Navarre, the documentary combines archival footage with the testimonies of farmers, artisans, gastronomists, and other people closely connected to the brand, creating a portrait of the land, traditions, and values that have shaped Goshua's identity.
